Cole Buxton™ offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. We ensure a streamlined process for global customers to return products for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
